Visio Divina is the meditative or reflective process of "seeing the divine", an intentional examination of the illuminations contained within the Saint John's Bible. It is a guided reflection in which both personal and group interpretation of the illuminations contribute to the greater mission of igniting one's spiritual imagination, irrespective of faith journey. Designed as a six-step process, participants engage in listening, meditating, seeing, praying, contemplating, and becoming Christ-like through close introspection of their chosen illumination.
