Sarah B. Zahl, Ph.D., is the Director of Educational Assessment at Marian University. Dr. Zahl also holds faculty appointments as Assistant Professor of Family Medicine and Assistant Professor of Education.
She has extensive experience in academic and student affairs in higher education. In addition to her administrative roles, she has taught several courses:

• Qualitative and Quantitative Research Methods
• College Teaching and Learning
Dr. Zahl presents her work at national and international conferences and has earned grants, awards, and fellowships for her scholarship and practice. Her academic interests include assessment, mapping the curriculum, and tracking student success factors during graduate study.
Wendy (Senour) Labuzan, BGS, is the Coordinator of Examinations at Marian University. Ms. Labuzan trains and assists College of Osteopathic Medicine faculty and staff in administration of assessments for first and second year medical students using ExamSoft’s SofTest and SofTest-M.
Ms. Labuzan has worked in the higher education field for 20+ years. She has published and/or presented on curriculum development, use of palpatory models in osteopathic manipulative medicine, and ExamSoft’s rubric based-assessments and question banking.
