With the development of our library discovery catalog, users have new features to access content more quickly than before. If a user is searching the catalog, they can place a hold on physical items that the library owns. Once placed, library staff will retrieve the book from the stacks and notify the user when the item is ready for pick-up. Especially in light of covid-19, this service facilitates contact-less delivery for the end-user.
