Blackout Times

Blackout times are occasional exceptions to the usual availability set by the admin or staff member.  They can be added when a tutor has an issue that arises and will not be available for a certain time period.  To add blackout times:

  1. At the top of the page under the Starting Availability Management heading, click the Blackout Times Management link. 
  2. Select the staff member who has times for editing. 
  3. Click on a white space to enter a set of blackout times.  Select the time-frame, add notes, and click Create Blackout.
