Application Details

The following proposal sections are needed. Sections 1-3 should be approximately 2-3 pages in length, not to exceed 3 pages. Interested applicants must submit their proposals by March 10, 2025 to Mona Kheiry - mkheiry@marian.edu

  1. Section 1: Applicant(s) Information
    • Name(s) of Applicant(s)
    • Rank(s)/Title(s)
    • Email(s)
    • Phone(s)

  1. Section 2: Project Goals and Purpose
    • Project title and overview
    • Description of the challenge or need for change in course/department
    • Focus of the project, including its relevance to the described challenge
    • Desired outcomes and potential impact of the project

  1. Section 3: Project Description
    • Description of what makes the project innovative
    • How the project aligns with grant program objectives
    • An implementation plan
    • Timeline for the project during the project implementation period
    • Measures of success
    • Support – What assistance will you need to carry out your project?

  1. Budget Request: A detailed budget outlining how funds will be allocated. Please list any additional sources of funding you have received for your project. Your budget is separate from the 3-page limit.

  1. Support Letter: A letter from the department chair/dean or supervisor endorsing the project and confirming its feasibility.

Applications will be evaluated by a committee of faculty and staff using criteria. See criteria section for details.
