- Description of the challenge or need for change in course/department
- Focus of the project, including its relevance to the described challenge
- Desired outcomes and potential impact of the project
- Section 3: Project Description
- Description of what makes the project innovative
- How the project aligns with grant program objectives
- An implementation plan
- Timeline for the project during the project implementation period
- Measures of success
- Support – What assistance will you need to carry out your project?
- Budget Request: A detailed budget outlining how funds will be allocated. Please list any additional sources of funding you have received for your project. Your budget is separate from the 3-page limit.
- Support Letter: A letter from the department chair/dean or supervisor endorsing the project and confirming its feasibility.
Applications will be evaluated by a committee of faculty and staff using criteria. See criteria section for details.
