A Celebration of Teaching and Assessment: Showcasing Teaching and/or Assessment Excellence that Contribute to Learning Successes
Held biannually at the end of the academic year, the Celebration of Teaching and Assessment is an event dedicated to showcasing faculty and staff excellence in teaching, learning, assessment, and SoTL. This interactive gathering highlights innovative teaching and assessment techniques and scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL) initiatives through poster presentations and lightning talks.
During the event, faculty and staff share their successful strategies, classroom innovations, and research-based practices while colleagues from across campus engage in discussions, exchange ideas, and explore new approaches to enhance student learning. As participants mingle, they gain insight into the varying teaching and learning initiatives happening across our institution.
