MUAC Psychology

For use at the Marian University's Plymouth campus, the guide provides access to books and films for Psych 101, Psych 220, Psych 230, Psych 325, Psych 335, and Psych 340. Database links and tips are also included on the home (introduction) page.

Introduction

Welcome to the Marian University's Ancilla College (Plymouth location) Psychology courses guide!  Each tab along the side corresponds to a different course or useful page (like the APA Style Guide).  If you can't see the class listings, click home to reveal the subpages.  Each tab will have a list of resources--physical and electronic--that were selected specifically for that course.  Physical resources will have a location and call number; electronic resources will have active links.  Unless the link is labeled as a JustWatch link (for films), you will need either a Marian or a Plymouth Public library account to access.  Note that some titles may have more than one link for an eBook or an eAudiobook; in some cases, more than one listing for the item is available, and you are encouraged to try a different link, when possible, if all copies on any given one are already checked out.  Because eBooks and eAudiobooks are usually licensed for one person to use at a time, there's no guarantee that any given book you want will be available when you want it.

Your biggest resource may be right here waiting for you--the librarians!  Both Mr. Lutz and myself are available to help students during library open hours, and you can book time for one-on-one help with a librarian, either face-to-face or through WebEx.  If you see me in my office with my door open, and you need help--please come in!  Even if it looks like I'm doing something important, if the door is open I can be interrupted (and might even welcome an interruption!).
