Do you have a library question and need some real-time answers? As of the Spring semester, you can now chat your reference questions with library staff. Here's how it works: either click on the Frequently Asked Questions link on our library website, go to askus.marian.edu, or when using our libguides platform, click on the Ask a Librarian slide-out tab (on the right hand side of the page). Use the chat box to start your chat interaction.
We will be staffing this service from approximately 9 am - 9 pm, Monday-Thursday and until 4:30 on Fridays; currently we will not be staffing this service on weekends, though that may change. When we're not staffing the chat, you will still be able to access the FAQ page and find answers to the most commonly asked questions we receive. If your question hasn't been answered, then you can submit your questions to us via the form on the askus page and we'll respond as soon as we are able.
