Interlibrary Loan statuses explained
 

Status
What does it mean
Awaiting Copyright Clearance  The article request has been submitted by user and it is awaiting copyright processing to determine the amount of copyright fees to be paid, if necessary.
Awaiting Request Processing  The item has been submitted by the customer and is now ready to be searched and requested from potential lenders. From here it may be routed to various ILL staff for processing.
Awaiting Unfilled Processing  The request has been returned as unfilled. No library in our first group of chosen libraries has agreed to send the item. ILL staff will review the request and send it again, if more sources are available.
Cancelled by ILL Staff -  The request has been cancelled by the ILL staff. The reason for this cancellation may be found in ILLiad by selecting View/Resubmit Cancelled Requests and looking at the detailed information for the cancelled item. 
Checked out to Customer  The requested item has arrived and has been processed by the ILL staff. ILL 
Customer Notified via E-Mail  The requested item has arrived and been processed by ILL staff. User has been notified via email that is is available for pickup. 
Delivered to Web  The requested item has arrived and been processed by the ILL staff. User has been notified via email that item is available to view or download on their Illiad account
Renewal Requested  You have asked us to request a renewal on your behalf and the request is awaiting staff processing.
Request Finished  Your request is complete.
Request in Processing  The request is currently being processed by a staff member.
Request Sent  The request has been sent to potential lenders and ILL is waiting for a response. Books that have been shipped are often in this status. Please ask ILL staff if your book has shipped.
