The college has a fax machine available for business use in the mailroom, across the hall from room 112.

• Dial 5
• Enter area code and fax #
• If long distance enter long distance code
• Push send

Webex provides phone services for Marian University. You can use Webex on your computer or download the Webex app to your phone.

On your computer,

• To access the phone program
  • Open Webex
  • In the Navigation column on the left, click on Calling
• To place a call
  • Click in the Search or dial box
  • Type in the numbers using your keyboard or by clicking on the number pad on the screen

Or

• • Begin typing the name of the person you want to call, then click on their name.
