OVERVIEW
Students collected oral histories from a local Latino Catholic/Christian. They transcribed the Spanish audio recording and wrote a paper in which they connect the story with the readings they studied in class.
Goals
• Connect a personal story of faith to the academic texts studied in class.
• Understand spoken Spanish from a native or heritage speaker.
• Reflect on your role as oral history collector.
