Program Expectations
Grant recipients are expected to:
- Implement their project during the grant period.
- Submit mid-project progress reports.
- Share project and findings with the campus community in a final presentation detailing outcomes and lessons learned at the Celebration of Teaching event the following academic year.
Program Timeline
- Application Deadline: March 10, 2025
- Award Announcement: April 7, 2025
- Project Implementation Period: 1 year timeline
- Procurement of Funded Items: Purchases made or money transferred during the active fiscal year, which runs from July 1 to the end of June
- Progress Check-in Dates: Check-ins in August of 2025 and January of 2026
- Final Dissemination: Celebration of Teaching event April/May of 2026
