Easy access to helpful resources across campus. 

 

Essential University Systems

  • Portal – Central hub for accessing key Marian systems and applications.
  • MUHub – Student and academic services (grades, advising, registration, etc.).
  • UKG – HR system for timesheets, leave requests, benefits, and annual goals.

 

Faculty & Academic Resources

  • Marian Syllabus Policies – Official policies required on course syllabi.
  • CTL Website – Teaching and learning resources, upcoming events, and faculty support programs.
  • LibGuide Login – Access and manage your own LibGuides (useful for creating course or project guides).
  • Learning Experience Framework - A framework we use to ensure our teaching strategies align with the learning we hope students are experiencing in the classroom.
  • Academic Calendar - The Academic Calendar is essential to navigate when scheduling professional development offerings.

 

Surveys & Feedback Tools

  • Qualtrics – Create and distribute surveys for data collection and feedback.
  • Classroom Observation Rubrics - Some faculty may want a rubric used when performing classroom observations. If they don't already have a form in mind, you may share this link with them and ask them which form they prefer. 

 

Facilities & Operations

  • Room Reservations Login – Request and reserve campus spaces for classes, events, or meetings. This application requires you to be on campus to view or to have the VPN logged into). 
  • IT Helpdesk – Submit tickets for tech support, account access, and classroom technology.
  • Campus Ops Tickets – Request physical space support (tables, picture hanging, event setup, etc.).
