Submit IT Helpdesk Incidents & Service Request in FreshWorks

Request IT Assistance

  1. Click on Submit a Ticket

 

*REMINDER*

If you have an issue and you want to search for a possible answer prior to contacting the helpdesk you can search your issue by typing it below or you can click on Browse Solutions for the available FAQs.

 

  1. Click on Report an Incident when you are having issues with an existing device or application
  2. Complete the form with your issue details 
  3. Click submit and a ticket will be created
  4. You will receive an email confirmation that the ticket was created

Request New IT Service

  1. Click on Request New Service if you need access to an application, account or service you do not have
  2. Click on desired Service and fill out form to create a ticket
