Campus Operations Ticket Request Process

This process should be followed by all individuals needing assistance from Campus Operations (Facilities).

Examples of needed assistance include but are not limited to the following issues in the College, Dining and Resident Halls, as well as outdoor spaces:  

  • Athletic fields maintenance  
  • Classroom setup/take down  
  • Cleaning up spills  
  • Equipment repairs  
  • Floor waxing  
  • General cleaning  
  • Grounds issues: Ice/Snow removal  
  • Heating/Cooling issues  
  • Key distribution - Reporting supervisor must submit ticket for this service  
  • Leaks   
  • Lighting issues  
  • Moving/Setup of furniture –Reporting supervisor must submit ticket for this service
  • Painting– Reporting supervisor must submit ticket for this service  
  • Repairs  
  • Restocking paper products and hand soap in the restrooms  
  • Routine maintenance  
  • Set up for events  
  • Signage indoor/outdoor
  • Distribution of Supplies:  
    • Batteries  
    • Paper products
    • Hand soap  
    • Kleenex  
    • Paper towels  
    • Toilet tissue  
  • Trash/Recycling removal  
  • Vehicle maintenance scheduling (All college owned vehicles)  
  • Vehicle inspections and BMV registration renewal (All college owned vehicles)  

Submitting a Ticket for Assistance

  • Log into the help desk at Support: Marian University  https://helpdesk.marian.edu/support/catalog/items
  • Click Sign in with SSO
  • Under SERVICE CATEGORIES, Click Ancilla Campus Ops Re…
  • Select the option that best fits your needs.
  • Fill in the form then click Place Request in the upper right corner.
  • You will receive a confirmation email and update emails as your request progresses through the system.
