Community Day Information Fair
As part of this year’s Community Day, we’re excited to once again host a University Information Fair — an opportunity for departments, offices, and programs across campus to connect with colleagues and share updates, resources, and helpful information with our entire campus community. Fill out this form by August 8 if your department would like to reserve a table at the fair.
Purpose of the Information Fair
The Information Fair is designed to:
- Highlight what each department or unit is currently working on.
- Provide a central place for employees to learn about services, initiatives, and opportunities available across campus.
- Foster collaboration and strengthen our sense of community by making information easily accessible and conversations easy to start.
What Your Department Might Share
If your department would like to participate, here are some ideas for what you might display or hand out at your table:
- Overview handouts: How your department supports the university, your services, or key points of contact.
- Staff lists: Names, roles, and how people can connect with you.
- Updates & highlights: Major initiatives, past or upcoming events, or new policies.
- Resources: Brochures, flyers, or quick-reference cards.
- Giveaways: Small branded items or useful swag to draw people in.
- Signage: A clear sign with your department name helps attendees find you easily.
Event Details
