If you notice that your webcam view is frozen on your recording, here is a possible fix from Yuja to correct the situation.
- Open the Yuja Software Capture program.
- Login if required.
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the program to open Settings:
- Click on the Configuration tab in the Settings menu:
- Under the Media Capture Englne section, select the Legacy Engine (deprecated) option:
- Click Save.
