To communicate in Microsoft Teams, you can start a new chat with one or more people and give group conversations a unique name to keep them organized. From within any chat, you can instantly launch a video or audio call with all participants. For quick access to your most important conversations, you can favorite any chat to pin it to the top of your list. The dedicated "Calls" section lets you review your call history, check voicemail, and, if your organization has enabled it, make calls to external phone numbers. If this feature isn't available, any missed calls or voicemails will simply appear in your main Activity Feed for you to review.
