You can join a Microsoft Teams meeting directly from your calendar by clicking "Join" on an upcoming or in-progress meeting invitation. Before entering the meeting, you can set up your audio and video, with options to preview your camera, select a custom background, or blur your screen. Once your settings are ready, click "Join now." If you don't have the Teams app, you can still join by clicking the link in your email invitation, which gives you the option to join on the web. Simply enter your name, configure your audio and video settings, and click "Join now." Depending on the meeting's settings, you will either enter directly or be placed in a lobby until the organizer admits you.
